I have three years of experience working as a firmware engineer. During this
time, I designed controllers for aerial work platforms, utilizing Matlab and Simulink. I
utilized AVR and STM32 chips for implementation, showcasing proficiency in embedded C/C++.
Additionally, I handled circuit design and artwork using Altium.
The aerial work platforms are vehicles designed for safe operations at elevated heights. To
ensure safety, I incorporated various sensors such as encoders, length sensors, gyro
sensors, and load cells. These sensors were utilized to calculate safe working heights and
lengths through mathematical formulas. I focused on determining safe operational parameters,
ensuring smooth movements during platform transitions.
Furthermore, I developed a wireless remote control system, allowing seamless integration
with the vehicle. I also designed a display interface that enables operators to monitor
sensor values and configure settings. Additionally, I implemented ECU control
functionalities, including vehicle ignition control, RPM adjustments, and on/off operations,
to enhance the overall system capabilities.
